Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase by contacting us.

• Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

Returns & Refunds

• We accept returns only for damaged or wrong items, with tags intact, within 7 days of delivery. [Contact us with a video of unboxing the item; only then will the return be initiated]

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after product inspection.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items purchased on clearance/sale.

• Customised or limited-edition products.
